Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Site blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing various sections of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.

More materials released as part of the continuing congressional process.
